This job was completed at the "Villa Riva" Apartment complex in Miami, Florida, USA.

It involved two Atlantis products used in conjunction in a rather unique application. A detention tank was placed below the car park adjacent to the apartment block complex in order to deal with rain water from the roof.

There were concerns, however, due to the location of the complex being right on the water front, that the water table would rise above the level of the tank modules become buoyant.

This was overcomed by placing a layer of Atlantis® Heavy Duty Drainage Cells under the tank to disperse any water coming from below the tank. Also, due to the superior crush strength of the tank modules, a concrete slab could be easily placed over the top and provide enough weight from the top to keep the tank modules in place without fear of crushing.

The overall tank size was 26486 ft³ (198129 gal).
